Not that kind of girl…

I'm pretty excited about the release of Lena Dunham's book Not That Kind of Girl. Although most of us know Lena as the character she plays (and writes) on her HBO series Girls, in reality she is much different and not as self-absorbed as Hannah.

This book of essays delves into that real person, and frankly discusses issues of being nice to yourself, learning from your mistakes, not being defined by your past and so much more. Some essays will ring true for your own life, and some you will find hilariously funny. This passionate and smart woman has written a fantastic book, and I, for one, cannot wait to see what she will learn, and tell us about, in the next 10, 20 or 30 years of life.
